PAFF (Pan-African Film Festival) is the first dedicated event within the META Cinema Forum in Dubai focused on the African and African diaspora film industry. PAFF’s goal is to create a unique venue for movie trade and promotion that outlines the diversity and plurality of African and African-descended film and television content. PAFF is a universal hub designed to highlight the Afro content brand marketability.

PAFF Mission is to advance understanding of the African and African Diaspora narrative and storytelling through the power of film.
PAFF Vision is of a global culture of respect and care for the African and African Diaspora narrative inspired and sustained by the moving image.
