Why does this pass exist?
Attendance is carefully curated to protect the quality of networking. Commercial entities are required to register under the appropriate category to ensure fairness and balance.

Industry Partner – FAQs
Why can’t vendors register under the USD 25 delegate pass?
The standard delegate pass is reserved for non-commercial attendees. Vendors must use the Vendor Delegate or Industry Partner categories.
Does this pass include branding or exhibition space?
No. Branding and exhibition options are not included in the Vendor Delegate Pass.
Is approval required?
Yes. All Vendor Delegate registrations are reviewed for eligibility.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, upgrades to Industry Partner or sponsorship options are possible subject to availability.
- Complete the Vendor Delegate registration form and submit payment
- Your registration will be reviewed to confirm eligibility under the Vendor Delegate category
- A member of the Great Minds events team will contact you to confirm your participation
- Upon confirmation, your delegate details will be validated and access credentials will be issued
- Your official Vendor Delegate pass will be shared prior to the event, with onsite badge collection details
